desirable Solid understanding of 3-phase electrics & safe isolation Experience with commercial water boosters, MVHRs, and communal ventilation systems Familiarity with Building Regs F Full UK Driving Licence & willingness to travel Strong communication skills and a hands-on, customer-focused attitude Key Responsibilities: Service, maintenance & testing of booster and ventilation systems across multiple sites Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and recommend replacements Maintain control systems & panels Complete PPM schedules and respond to breakdowns promptly Ensure all work complies with Health, Safety & Environmental policies Participate in compulsory call-out rota (1 in 5 weeks) What Youll Get: £40,000 salary + call-out retainer (£450/week) Call-out pay: Time & half (MonSat), Double time (Sun) Paid weekly Company van, fuel card, plant, van stock Uniform, mobile phone & tablet 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays Pension: 3% company contribution / 5% personal Join a team that values professionalism, safety, and outstanding customer service.
