With a growing team of 15 and exciting plans to expand their renewables offering, they're now seeking a skilled Heating Engineer to join their family-feel business. As a Heating Engineer, you'll work across domestic and light commercial projects, handling installations, servicing and maintenance of heating systems, including air source and ground source heat pumps. You'll cover sites within an hour of the Thame office, working with a Technical Director who will support your continued training and development. This is a long-term role within a team that values quality, collaboration and career growth. The company offers structured progression - with the opportunity to lead your own team in 3-5 years - as well as annual goals, bonus schemes and ongoing technical support.
