We are Gas Safe registered, OFTEC certified, and experienced across oil / gas boilers and renewable technology. Key Responsibilities Install, service, and repair of gas boilers, oil boilers, central heating systems, hot water systems, and associated heating equipment. General plumbing duties related to heating: fixing leaks, radiators, piping, etc. Carry out gas safety inspections and certificates in accordance with legal / safety regulations. Fault finding / diagnostics on heating and plumbing systems; proposing and implementing solutions Ensure all work is completed safely, complies with Building Regulations, Gas Safety regulations, OFTEC or other relevant standards. Maintain electronic records of work done, parts used, safety certificates, and customer communications. Required Qualifications & Skills Full plumbing qualification of NVQ level 3 in plumbing & heating or relevant equivalent. Valid domestic Gas Safe qualification, with up-to-date gas qualifications, LPG and natural gas. CCN1 Domestic Gas Safety. OFTEC certification for oil-fired appliances Minimum of 5 years proven experience in plumbing & heating roles, including installation, servicing, and repair of gas and oil boilers. Strong fault finding / diagnostic skills on domestic central heating systems and boilers. Good customer service skills; able to communicate clearly with clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of attention to detail, safety, and quality. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and use initiative Flexible and adaptable approach Valid UK driving licence. Desirable Attributes Commercial gas qualifications. Domestic fire and cooker qualifications. Working Conditions Fulltime position Travel across Belfast / Lisburn and surroundings; sometimes to other areas depending on job.
