With a nationwide reach, regional and local relationships and expertise, we are set up to be a trusted partner for now and the future.Sureserve Compliance Central is a national company offering market leading heating & hot water solutions from a network of regional offices across the East of England and the Midlands, strategically positioned to ensure comprehensive coverage and access to our clients.Role purposeWe are seeking an experienced gas engineer to join our busy team to carry out service and repairs on domestic heating and hot water systems for our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out service and maintenance works on a variety of domestic properties across the region.Ensure high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet the required quality standards.Communicate updates and progress of work, completing the required paperwork electronically and manually.Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, are adhered to during daily work.Comply with stock ordering and auditing procedures so relevant parts are available to fulfil job requirements.Key Attributes & RequirementsGas qualifications are essential, including CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 at minimum.Out of hours evening and weekend cover on a rota basis is required.A friendly and professional attitude to build strong relationships with clients & tenants.Criminal and reference checks will be completed before start.What We OfferCompany vehicle and fuel cardUniform & mobile deviceSupport for professional qualificationsEmployee wellbeing programme and occupational health supportService level appropriate annual leaveEnhanced maternity & paternity packagesDental/Healthcare cash planCycle to Work SchemeElectric Vehicle Leasing SchemeGender & Equality Working GroupSureserve Academy for development and career progressionEmployee Voice programme and social activitiesDiversity & InclusionSureserve is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
