First-Rate Maintenance (FRM) are experts in property maintenance and refurbishments across Tyneside and Newcastle. FRM was established in February 2020 initially to take on the property maintenance for our sister company, Seekers Property Services - an independent lettings agent with a portfolio in excess of 350 properties - and we now have an established customer base which includes other lettings agents and private customers for which we carry out regular maintenance up to full refurbishments and beyond. We are looking for a qualified Heating Engineer to join our growing team. We are looking for people who are experienced in their field and who genuinely take a pride in their work. We offer a competitive salary and inclusion in the company bonus scheme. Our Heating Engineer must have a full UK driving license and be comfortable using computers/tablets which will be relied on to manage job reports. Full training on our computer software will be provided. As a Heating Engineer, your responsibilities will include: Install, repair, and maintain heating systems in residential and commercial buildings Perform routine maintenance tasks on heating equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot heating system issues Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
