Purpose:
1. Lead the setup of the management program to HPC MEHA requirements.
2. Operate the management program in conjunction with the construction team and planning / Project Control team’s expectations
3. Ensure the management program is maximizing asset utilization
4. Act as Liaison between program installer / IT department and the MEHA construction Team
5. Deliver best for project practises, identifying improvement methods
6. Display and foster a positive Nuclear Safety Culture embracing the HPC way
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all Input data is uploaded correctly into the management program
2. Produce dashboard of reports as stipulated by end users
3. Monitor and control upload of scaffold requests into the system
4. Coordinate the output, interface with all stakeholders including the Client, external design entities and partners to achieve success.
5. Interface with other task delivery teams, maintaining the functional accountability of each, but ensuring cross population of information is provided for best delivery for the project.
6. Train suitably competent support staff to operate all elements of the program
Key Requirements:
1. HNC / Relative Engineering accreditation
2. Ability to achieve BPSS clearance to work in the UK
3. Demonstratable knowledge and experience with database software
4. Strong communication skills with their team and external stakeholders.
5. An ability to reach sensible compromise position, a clear communicator, with clarity and positivity.
6. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel & data management platforms.
7. A positive ‘can do’ mentality, self-motivated, setting the right behaviours.
8. An ability to think laterally and flexibly to deliver solutions, and a ‘process driven’ focus to delivery.
Experience

5. Experience working on major construction projects.
6. Experienced working with Joint Ventures
7. Preferable nuclear experience or at least major EPC projects.
8. Understanding of P6 planning programs/scheduling capabilities
9. Understanding or be willing to learn about temporary works and scaffolding.
