Responsibilities: Here's what your journey with us entails:



  • Oversee daily operations of the engineering department, ensuring
    projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage and train engineering staff, providing guidance and support to enhance
    their performance.
  • Coordinate and allocate resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment to
    maximise efficiency.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure engineering
    outputs meet industry standards.
  • Facilitate collaboration between engineering teams and other
    departments to align project objectives.
  • Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, fostering professional
    growth.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies or engineering
    methods to improve operations.
  • Lead investigations into technical failures and devise corrective
    actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress and staff performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.




Safety and

  • Follow all company and
    safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Report maintenance needs,
    accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
  • Complete safety training
    and certifications.
  • Ensure uniform and
