Project Overview:

The Senior HSEQ Engineer will support project delivery with a focus on Project Quality activities. The role includes developing PQPs, reviewing ITT packages, conducting technical bid evaluations, and advising project teams on quality compliance. The candidate may serve as Project Discipline Leader and support audit processes as part of the Project Quality team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review Project Quality Plans (PQP), ITT documentation, and technical bid evaluations. Provide quality assurance input across projects and act as discipline lead on select assignments. Advise project teams on quality standards and requirements. Support internal audits and conduct project-specific quality audits as needed. Contribute to the development of quality deliverables in line with ISO standards.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience in quality engineering on oil & gas or energy design projects. ISO 9001 trained auditor (ISO 14001 and 45001 desirable). Experience in project audits; decommissioning experience a plus. Knowledge of HSE practices and standards is beneficial. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Strong independent working capability with ability to integrate into project teams.
