Duties - Carry out reviews of AiP (Agreement in Principle), AoD (Acceptance of Design) & Acceptance of Asset (AoA) project documentation (includes design reports, calculations, drawings, testing and commissioning schedules). - Coordinate reviews with key stakeholders within DLR & KAD (Operator & Maintainer) to ensure all designs are reviewed by the asset engineers and KAD power system engineers. - Participate in design review & project planning meetings with the DLR planners and D&B contractors. - Timely responses to RFIs and TQs. - Carry out design reviews of ITPs, testing and commissioning documentation. - Review of RAMS documentation - Risk assessments and Method Statements. - Attend FATs to inspect and witness testing of equipment at the factory. - Attend site inspections and SATs to witness and sign off testing documentation. - Liaise with Maximo and DLR BIM team to ensure all as-built record information is updated correctly in the system. - Production of Technical Requirement Specifications for new Capital Replacement projects. - Review of Projects Requirements Document (PRD) as part of Gate 1 for project handover. - Production of scope of works for variations and for small works. - Assist in Invitation to Tender (ITT) documentation preparations. - Carry out review and scoring of ITT returns and participate in ITT review meetings - Preparation of Change Assurance Forms (CAF) for DCP review. - Attend DLR's Ch...
