As they continue to grow, they are looking for a skilled and motivated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team About the Role: This is a flexible role that can be tailored to your experience and strengths — whether your background is in installations , service and maintenance , or both.

Responsibilities (depending on your skill set): Installation of air conditioning systems (split, VRV/VRF, etc.) Routine service and preventative maintenance Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs Ensuring work is completed to industry standards and customer expectations Completing all relevant documentation accurately and on time Liaising with customers and team members in a professional manner Requirements: Experience in either air conditioning installation or service and maintenance F-Gas certification (Category 1) Full UK driving license Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills (for service roles) Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship Excellent communication and customer service skills Desirable: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or equivalent) Experience with a range of manufacturers and system types What We Offer: Competitive salary (based on experience) Company vehicle and fuel card Tools, uniform, and PPE provided Ongoing training and development opportunities Supportive team environment 20 days holiday bank holidays (increasing with service) * Whether you're an installer or a maintenance expert — we want to hear from you.
