HVAC Engineer (Progression to Project Manager)

Walsall (Hybrid/Remote UK Wide Travel)

This role offers a great opportunity for an HVAC Engineer to progress beyond hands-on technical work and receive full training to become a Project Manager.

Join a well-established company with over 30 years of experience, a UK leader in the retail, leisure, commercial, and public sectors, providing design, installation, service, and maintenance of air conditioning, ventilation, and mechanical services across the UK.

This position provides the chance to manage significant projects with full autonomy and develop expertise in the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities include traveling to sites across the UK, managing HVAC and Mechanical installations, attending client meetings, conducting surveys, and planning projects.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in Air Conditioning and HVAC Engineering/Installation, along with some management or supervisory experience, and be looking to advance into a Project Management role.

The Role
