Salary: Dependant on Experience + Van & Fuel Card + Overtime and Call out
Working Hours: 0800-1700 Monday to Friday; 40 hours per week; 1 hour lunch

Role Overview
Provide general electrical / mechanical maintenance service and support on Refrigeration / Air Conditioning, heating equipment and associated plant to various properties and Data Centres.
What You'll Do
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance tasks on a variety of plant, equipment and industrial service supplies including HVAC Plant and all associated equipment
- Maintain Industrial / Commercial Chillers and various split systems
- Maintain Building Management Systems and AHU Plant and associated equipment
- Carry out reactive repair tasks on site plant and equipment
- Perform duties in a safe, tidy and responsible manner in compliance with Health & Safety requirements
- Use spares and materials in a cost-effective manner
- Carry out other duties as reasonably requested by site management or client
- Abide by client and EMCOR site rules and maintain high discipline
- Work as an on-call duty engineer as part of a team rota if required
- Complete site work order documentation to required standards
- Carry out other duties reasonably requested by EMCOR and client management
Who you'll be
- Solid background within a similar role
- Trade Qualifications and Refrigeration NVQ/C&G Certificate
- Electrical qualifications or demonstrated competence
- Data Centre experience would be helpful but not prerequisite
- Refrigerant handling certification
- Knowledge of Permit to Work System
- Health and Safety training or willingness to undertake
- Ability to sustain effective relationships
- Some knowledge of Building Management Systems is advantageous
