HVAC Engineer

The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HVAC engineer to play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of a high profile, complex engineering project. You will play a key role in solving HVAC related issues ensuring design, integrity and supporting effective site delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the on-site focal point for HVAC related technical issues, liaising closely with the Responsible Designer where design intent is impacted.
Review and respond to technical queries, concession requests, and commissioning reservations from site or suppliers.
Manage instructed HVAC changes—whether site-based or via the Responsible Designer—as appropriate.
Maintain drawing configuration via the redline process or through the design authority.
Interface with Design Lead Engineers, Package Managers, Quality, Commissioning, and Construction teams.
Ensure HVAC design integrity is preserved throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide technical guidance to construction teams on installation methodology.
What You’ll Need
Proven experience in HVAC engineering & design.
A degree qualified HVAC Engineer or relevant professional experience within the discipline.
Technical design experience using British and international standards and Eurocodes.
Ability to work autonomously and manage your own time and workload to ensure timely delivery.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Effective when working within a multidisciplinary team liaising directly with team members and the client.
