We are seeking a skilled and versatile HVAC Multi Skilled Engineer to join our team in Durham. This role will see you delivering exceptional Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance across plant, equipment, and building services for our client site.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC plant, equipment, and building services, with a focus on Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) air conditioning systems. Manage site risks through proactive equipment maintenance, identification of critical spares, performance improvement, and environmental control via BMS systems. Perform fault-finding, repairs, and upgrades on mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with F-Gas regulations. Support health and safety initiatives, acting as Energy Champion and assisting in Safety Champion duties. Write and follow risk assessments, method statements, and permits, ensuring all work meets legal and regulatory standards. Use CAFM systems and mobile devices to log, track, and complete maintenance tasks efficiently. Liaise with the onsite Supervisor and Account Manager to resolve building services issues.
