Location : Yorkshire \n Role : HVAC Engineer ( Air Conditioning With Commercial Gas)\n  \n Package – up to £48,000 (40hrs )+ 25+8 days holiday + Door to door + fuel card + tablet + 1 in 6 on-call + stand by £100, pension + van + tools + ford transit 2019 or newer, 8am start\n\nThe Role\n We are currently recruiting for an HVAC Engineer who also holds their commercial to join our team in the Yorkshire. We are a West Midlands facilities management company who have been established for almost 10 years’ providing a wide range of services including Air Conditioning, Commercial Gas and Refrigeration services.\n We hold contracts with well know Hotel, as well as Schools, Universities and Colleges.\n  \n Key Responsibilities:\n \nFault finding and repairs of Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration Equipment ( VRVS, VRFS, AHU/ CHILLERS and SPLITS/ COLD ROOMS) \nService and maintenance of commercial plant room \nMeeting clients - Customer facing position Essential Qualifications / Experience:\n \nNVQ level 2 refrigeration & AC OR FGAS Cat 1 qualification \nCommercial gas qualifications – COCN1/CIGA1/ CORT1/CDGA1/ TPCP1/ TPCP1A/ ICPN1 \nDriver’s Licence \nPass a DBS check Package:\n \nBasic salary up to £48,000 on a 40 hour week \nDoor to door \nOn-call 1 in 6 - standby payment £100 \nOvertime x1.5 mon - sat \nDouble time on Sundays and bank hols \n25 days + 8 bank holiday \nPension Scheme \nSmart Phone \nPDA \nUniform \nFuel card \nVan – for transit 2019 or newer \n8am start #ENG1
