Mobile HVAC Engineer
London (covering multiple commercial sites)
£45,000 – £50,000 + Company Van + Pension
Are you an experienced HVAC / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with a background in Plumbing or HVAC and looking for a new mobile role across London?
We’re working with a leading Facilities Services provider who have recently secured a new contract and are now looking for a Mobile HVAC Engineer to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across commercial buildings and plant rooms throughout London.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to HVAC, plumbing, and heating systems.
Work on commercial plant rooms, including heating and ventilation systems.
Maintain and repair plumbing and heating systems within buildings (radiators, TRVs, sinks, showers, etc.).
Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and company policies.
Liaise with clients and site staff to provide a high-quality service. Skills & Experience Required:
Qualified Plumbing & Heating Engineer OR NVQ in Heating and Ventilation.
Strong knowledge of commercial plant rooms and building systems.
Experience with HVAC and mechanical maintenance.
Minimum 1 year’s experience in maintenance, plumbing, and HVAC.
Full UK driving licence. Desirable (Advantageous):
IOSH Managing Safely.
Water Regulations (WRAS).
