Job Title: HVAC Service Engineer

Location: London & Surrounding Areas (Travel Paid Door to Door)

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 OTE

Hours: Full-time, minimum 40 hours per week

The Role

Join a well-established air conditioning contractor with over 30 years of industry experience. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and attending breakdowns on a wide range of HVAC systems, primarily within the hospitality sector across the London area.

Key Duties

Carry out regular maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems

Work on chilled water and heat pump A/C systems, extraction, and filtration plant

Diagnose and repair HVAC control system faults

Respond to emergency call-outs as part of a rotational standby schedule

Requirements

Experience with air handling units, kitchen extract systems, and air conditioning

F-Gas certification (essential)

CSCS card (required)

Strong fault-finding skills and understanding of HVAC control panels

Manufacturer training (e.g. Daikin)

Experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector is advantageous
