Job Title: HVAC Service Engineer\n Location: London & Surrounding Areas (Travel Paid Door to Door)\n Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 OTE\n Hours: Full-time, minimum 40 hours/week\n\nThe Role:\n Join a well-established air conditioning contractor with over 30 years in the industry. As a Service Engineer, you'll carry out maintenance and attend breakdowns on a range of HVAC systems, primarily in the hospitality sector across the London area.\n\nWhat's on Offer:\n\nOTE £40,000 - £50,000\n\nPaid travel (door to door)\n\nGenerous overtime and standby rates (3/4-week call-out rota)\n\nCompany van (with AC and hands-free kit)\n\niPhone, tools, and uniform provided\n\n28 days holiday (including bank holidays)\n\nKey Duties:\n\nRegular maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems\n\nWork on chilled water, heat pump A/C systems, extraction and filtration plant\n\nFault finding and repair of HVAC control systems\n\nEmergency call-outs as part of a rotational standby schedule\n\nRequirements:\n\nExperience with air handling units, kitchen extract systems, and air conditioning\n\nF-Gas certification (essential)\n\nCSCS card (required)\n\nStrong fault-finding skills and understanding of HVAC control panels\n\nManufacturer training (e.g. Daikin) \n\nExperience in the restaurant/hospitality sector is a bonus\n\nImportant:\n Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
