A growing businessis seeking a HVAC/Lead Commissioning Engineer to join its expanding team. This opportunity would suit those residing in the London/South London area where your expertise in performing Pre-Commissioning activities will help drive our business to ever greater commercial success

Youll be responsible for commissioning HVAC systems, boilers and pipework across a range of commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

Whats on offer? They offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience with a signing on bonus of £5,000 that youll receive after youve completed 12 months employment. What youll be doing as HVAC/Lead Commissioning Engineer: Performing pre-commission cleaning of HVAC systems, boilers, and pipework using appropriate chemicals, equipment, and methods in line with industry standards, within set timeframes and budgets Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe work environment for all team members on-site at all times Communicating effectively with clients and team members, providing daily feedback, project updates, and reporting issues or concerns to management Maintaining accurate work records, staying updated on industry best practices and technologies, and supporting training and guidance for assistants and team members as needed Coordinating closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors during installation and commissioning, while providing technical support and guidance to clients and team members Conducting air and water balancing by adjusting dampers, valves, and air handling units, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and health and safety legislation Preparing comprehensive commissioning documentation, including test results and system configurations, and identify opportunities to enhance system performance or reduce energy consumption Were looking for a HVAC/Lead Commissioning Engineer with: Valid SSSTS and CSCS certifications Proven experience in pre-commission cleaning of HVAC systems, boilers, and pipework, with strong knowledge of related industry regulations and standards Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team Strong communication and problem-solving skills To apply for this role as HVAC/Lead Commissioning Engineer, please click apply online and upload an updated copy of your CV.
