Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (hours may vary from time to time due to works required)
We have an exciting opportunity for a suitably skilled HVAC engineer to join the static OCS maintenance team. Your role will consist of pre-planned maintenance and reactive works on the site as directed by the M&E Manager. Experience of working in the corporate environment and with a CAFM system to manage workflows and complete maintenance tasks is desirable.
The role can be varied day to day; as the Mechanical lead you will be responsible for all works involving the HVAC systems, supported by the OCS mobile team and specialist supply chain.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Manage and maintain the cooling and heating systems on site to comply with legislation and SFG 20 guidelines
- Escort contractors on site to ensure safe and compliant working practices
- Complete all work to high standards and ensure that all paperwork is submitted
- Support other maintenance team members as required to ensure site operations are maintained
You Should Meet The Following Criteria
- NVQ Level 3 in plumbing/heating and ventilation with a F-Gas Category 1 qualification; commercial gas work experience is advantageous but not essential
- Right to work in the UK
- Previous experience in a corporate environment is advantageous but not essential
- Reliable, punctual and professional at all times
- Clear understanding of customer care and promoting the services we provide
