About the Opportunity
As a Manager within the IAM & PAM practice, you won’t just deliver technology , you’ll shape client strategies, guide transformation programmes, and lead teams solving some of the most complex identity challenges in the UK. This is a blended role that spans leadership, delivery, and technical depth across key platforms such as Saviynt, SailPoint, and CyberArk.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leadership & Delivery Lead talented teams delivering IAM/PAM projects from discovery to go-live and beyond. Act as the key liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring alignment on vision, timelines, and quality. Mentor junior team members and contribute to building internal capability and delivery excellence.
Solution Design
Work directly with clients to understand business and security needs, and translate them into fit-for-purpose IAM and PAM solutions. Architect scalable, secure, and compliant implementations across cloud, infrastructure, and application environments.
Build & Implementation
Oversee configuration and integration across leading IAM/PAM platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk). Lead technical workshops and ensure robust deployment of policies, roles, certifications, and access controls.
Strategy & Innovation
Advise on IAM/PAM strategy, governance models, operating models, and roadmap development. Stay ahead of trends, product updates, and regulatory changes shaping the identity landscape.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for professionals with a strong mix of client-facing experience, technical delivery, and team leadership within IAM or PAM environments.
Core Skills & Experience:
Hands-on delivery experience with one or more IAM/PAM platforms (Saviynt, SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar). Strong understanding of IGA, authentication, access control, privileged access, role management, and identity lifecycle. Proven ability to lead client engagements in regulated or complex environments. Familiarity with integrating identity platforms with cloud and enterprise systems (e.g. Azure AD, Workday, SAP). Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods.
Preferred:
Professional certifications (e.g. SailPoint Certified Implementation Specialist, CyberArk Defender/Guardian, or Saviynt certifications). Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) are highly desirable. Background in consulting, professional services, or large-scale digital transformation programmes. Experience in financial services, public sector, or other regulated industries (SC clearance is a bonus).
