ICT Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking to appoint an ICT Infrastructure Engineer to join our ICT Services section.

The Role

We have plans to continue this exciting change so that we become a truly Digital First organisation by the use of flexible, innovative solutions which will benefit our partners and staff. This role will help bring about that change.

Reporting into the ICT Technical Services Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Design, build and support the Office 365 and Microsoft Azure platforms.
  • Support internal networks, firewalls, and connectivity.
  • Implement security and end-point protection in line with NCSC guidelines.
  • Be a senior escalation point for all Incidents and Problems via a structured ICT Service Desk function.

About You

We are really interested in speaking to applicants who have experience in the following areas:

  • Office 365, SharePoint, InTune and Azure platform management.
  • LAN, WAN, WLAN and connectivity technologies preferably using Cisco and Meraki.
  • Working as a senior engineer in a similar sized organisation with a proven track record of technical abilities.
