iM Med is recruiting for up to 4 Field Service Engineers with either Endoscopy and/or SSD experience to support us in servicing both new and existing contracts, predominantly in the South of England.

Training will be provided. However, as we have recently been awarded a number of new contracts we are particularily interested in Field Service Engineers with relevant industry experience and qualifications. Familiarity with Sterilisers and/or Washer Disinfectors is highly advantageous, as is a working knowledge of working within a healthcare decontamination environment. The Field Service Engineer role will involve Installations, Commissiong and planned and reactive maintenance equipment/Sterilisers in Endoscopy and/or Sterile Services departments in London, Greater London and the South East/South West (depending on experience and home location). The Field Service Engineer will also be responsible for delivering technical support, managing service requests, and troubleshooting to ensure to smooth-running of equipment at our customer sites.

We have a comprehensive training programme for individuals from outside the industry and work closely with industry training providers.

We are particularly interested in applicants with the following:

· Experience diagnosing and resolving technical problems on complex electro-mechanical equipment

· Relevant industry qualifications

· Experience with maintaining and servicing within a regulated industry environment

· A team player with proactive and flexible approach to their work

· Ability to multitask effectively and prioritise work based on customer needs

· Strong analytical skills, with an eye for detail

· Experience in the medical device industry is a plus
