Location: Waterlooville (Office based) Role Type: Permanent At Swan Retail, part of ClearCourse, we deliver innovative retail and hospitality technology solutions that help our customers thrive. Were looking for an Implementation Engineer to join our Operations team in Waterlooville. In this role, youll work closely with our Implementations Lead and wider operations team to support both internal colleagues and external clients. From hardware setup and server configuration to software installation and on-site client work, youll play a key part in ensuring smooth delivery of our solutions. This is a varied role where no two days are the same

youll be setting up systems, solving problems, supporting projects, and documenting processes, all while collaborating with a supportive and close-knit team. What youll be doing

Completing allocated implementation tasks within agreed scope and timelines

Setting up and configuring hardware and servers

Supporting internal teams and external clients with technical setup and delivery

Assisting with hot staging new hardware and updating handover documents

Providing support to the Helpdesk Team with technical/software requirements

Keeping work areas clean, organised, and project-ready

What were looking for

Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Clear, confident communication skills

Attention to detail and good organisational ability

A positive, adaptable approach with eagerness to learn

Its a bonus if you have

Previous experience in an Implementations Team

Knowledge of retail and hospitality environments
