In this role, you'll inspect gas appliances, systems, and flues to ensure compliance with legal and safety standards - and issue official CP12 certificates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Gas Safety (CP12) inspections in line with current legislation and Gas Safe requirements
  
• Inspect boilers, cookers, fires, flues, and pipework for functionality and safety
  
• Complete and issue CP12 certificates with accurate reporting
  
• Liaise professionally with tenants, landlords and agents as needed
  
• Ensure all work is carried out to high standards of safety and compliance

• Valid Public Liability Insurance
  
• Experience conducting domestic CP12 inspections
  
• Reliable, professional and confident in communicating with clients
