You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of industrial door and loading bay systems. As an Experienced Industrial Door Engineer you'll be responsible for : Carrying out planned servicing, repairs and reactive maintenance on industrial doors and associated loading bay equipment. Diagnosing faults and recommending further remedial work where needed. Working with products including roller shutters, sectional overhead doors, rapid roll doors, dock levellers, dock shelters, barriers, and automated gates. Providing excellent customer service and representing the company professionally on-site. Participating in a 1-in-5 weekly call-out rota for emergency support.
