Overview

Industrial Refrigeration Engineer - Ammonia role at Systems Inc. This is a mobile role covering properties across the South East of the UK, working as part of a team for a well established Industrial Refrigeration, Commercial Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Installation company. The engineer will perform planned and reactive service, attend breakdowns, fault-finding and maintenance on a variety of large industrial food distribution and processing plants.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, maintenance and commissioning on Industrial & Ammonia Refrigeration units including multi-compressor packages, food factory process cooling, blast cooling systems and F-Gas equipment.
• Work autonomously from home, occasionally in pairs for larger jobs, covering a territory in the South East.
• Undertake work for customers within industries such as Food & Beverages, Production, Pharmaceutical, etc.
• Majority of work planned in advance; engineer will be on-call 1 week in 7 on a reactive/call-out basis (including weekends).

Requirements

• Experience in industrial commercial properties with both F-Gas qualification and Ammonia qualifications.
• Hands-on servicing experience within Industrial or Ammonia Refrigeration; also consider extensive Chiller & Compressor experience or heavy commercial.
• Experience in commissioning, maintenance and servicing of Industrial refrigeration and/or Compressor systems.
• Experience with controls and integration.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
