Our client, a well-established provider of industrial refrigeration solutions, is seeking an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Engineer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to work on a wide range of ammonia and CO2 refrigeration systems, while contributing to the company's reputation for excellence in the industry. On Offer: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell up to 5 additional days, door-to-door pay structure, overtime rates of 1.5x or 2x, 3x for bank holiday, company pension with up to 7% matching, company vehicle available for personal use, health insurance and care scheme, company bonus. As an Industrial Refrigeration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of industrial refrigeration systems for their diverse customer base. You will work closely with other engineers, supervisors and project managers to deliver high-quality service, minimise downtime and contribute to the overall success of the company. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the commissioning of industrial refrigeration systems, including ammonia and CO2-based systems Conduct routine and reactive maintenance on refrigeration plant and associated equipment Diagnose and repair system faults Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs Who Theyre Looking For: Minimum 35 years' experience in industrial refrigeration engineering F-Gas Category 1 certification (mandatory) Experience with ammonia and/or CO2 refrigeration systems City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent) Full UK driving licence Alongside a comprehensive benefits package, the company offers a supportive environment where you can thrive and advance your career.
