Infrastructure Engineer - £570PD (Inside IR35) - Leatherhead (Hybrid)

I am currently seeking a skilled 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join a key client of mine. You will be responsible for providing high-level technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and delivering infrastructure solutions across the business. The role requires strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Teams, and core networking (TCP/IP).

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery of infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and networking issues (including TCP/IP).
• Manage identity and access across Azure Active Directory.
• Configure and support Intune for device management and endpoint security.
• Support Teams administration, integration, and performance optimisation.
• Monitor, maintain, and enhance infrastructure performance and security.
• Provide 3rd line support across the Microsoft 365 suite, Azure AD, Intune, and Teams, Windows Server Engineering.

Skills

• Strong technical experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
• Proficiency in Azure Active Directory (user management, conditional access, SSO).
• Hands-on experience with Intune for MDM/MAM deployment and management.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Teams (policies, integration, troubleshooting).
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
