• This role is pivotal in supporting the day-to-day operational environment while designing, implementing, and securing core infrastructure solutions to meet the firm’s evolving needs.
• You will be responsible for the design, maintenance, performance, and security of our IT infrastructure, working across Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, networking, and modern endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
• You will also play a key role in upcoming projects, including our Windows 11 migration programme, ensuring a smooth, secure, and compliant rollout.
• You will also be expected to act as a trusted escalation point for the IT team, providing 3rd line support and guiding technical best practices.
• This position suits someone who is detail-oriented, security-conscious, and thrives in both operational and project delivery.

Skills Required

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows Server, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Azure AD, and VMware virtualisation.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and security features.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and modern endpoint management.
• Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing).
• Skilled in PowerShell scripting, automation, and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
• Strong problem-solving ability with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This role offers hybrid working - 2 days WFH.
