This is a Hybrid working role, with 2 days per week in our Keynsham office.

The role

As a Network Engineer at IVC Evidensia, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our network infrastructure across clinics and business locations. This includes:

  • Providing 3rd line support for networking equipment and upholding best practices to maintain security and availability
  • Deploying, configuring, and maintaining network equipment
  • Proactively monitoring performance and capacity
  • Administering Fortigate, Dell, and other vendor technologies to meet evolving business needs
  • Creating clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Managing third-party providers to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery

What you’ll bring to the role

We are seeking candidates with proven design and support experience in network IT infrastructure roles, demonstrating exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Layer-2 and Layer-3 networking technologies, including their design and implementation. A valid driving licence and the flexibility to travel at short notice are desirable. Professional certifications such as CCNA, NSE4, or NSE5 are also advantageous.
