With millions of weekly users looking to immerse themselves in our iconic brand, we are looking for software engineers to help us deliver a next-gen digital retail experience.

Core Responsibilities

Our engineers work in interdisciplinary squads each arranged around clear product goals with responsibility for delivery of their own product roadmaps. Our teams are encouraged to work 3 days per week in the office. You will act as a member on a team of 5~7 other specialists :

We have established a modern front-end architecture utilising Next.js, React, and GraphQL, alongside a cloud-native AWS serverless back-end. Our engineers leverage this platform to architect, develop, and handle our shopper technology infrastructure, ensuring it is robust, scalable, and efficient.

Do you have what it takes?

Commercial experience building microservices - our event-based services layer utilises Node.js and the Serverless Framework and is built mainly on the AWS Serverless stack – Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, Kinesis and DynamoDB to name a few

Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tooling to streamline and automate software release cycles for rapid and reliable deployment.

Experience with Terraform, AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK), or similar IaC tools to handle infrastructure as code is helpful.

Experience with Site Reliability Engineering concepts including monitoring, observability, automation, and release engineering.

Attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.

Strong problem-solving and research skills.

Excellent communication skills to convey technical improvements and infrastructure enhancements.
