What you'll be doing Maintain and improve multi-classification, virtualised, cloud and collaboration environments. Support Office 365 and Azure SaaS platforms, plus hybrid and private cloud systems. Enhance 'secure by design' infrastructure practices across multiple projects. Perform maintenance, patching and change control activities. Monitor and triage alerts, security events and tickets. Support upgrades and optimisation across VMware, Linux and Windows systems. Advise project teams on infrastructure best practice and produce technical documentation.
