Infrastructure Engineer : Fully on site Salary: Up to 50k Role: We're recruiting for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to join a rapidly growing organisation with a UK-wide presence, supporting over 400 users across 45+ sites. This is a varied role, balancing BAU support with the delivery of strategic infrastructure projects. You'll be working across hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud), ensuring systems remain secure, scalable, and high-performing. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, influence IT strategy, and work alongside a small but highly skilled team in a business that values proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable IT infrastructure across both on-premises and cloud environments.

Lead cloud architecture, adoption, and security initiatives.

Manage Windows Server, Hyper-V, Failover Clustering, and SAN environments.

Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.

Monitor system performance, uptime, and capacity planning.

Manage Veeam backups, including monthly replication and disaster recovery processes.
