The role and what youll be getting up to on a day to day basis: Were looking for a technically sharp, solutions-focusedInfrastructure Engineerto join our growing team. If you enjoy getting under the hood of systems, solving complex problems, and working across a broad tech stack, this role offers the variety and challenge youre after. Youll be part of a team that values precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Whether youre deep-diving into a major incident, supporting a service transition, or helping a colleague troubleshoot a tricky issue, your expertise will make a real impact. You will be: Delivering proactive 3rd line support across a range of technologies including Windows, Linux, Azure and virtualisation platforms. Acting as a technical escalation point and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues. Supporting infrastructure elements of projects and client transitions. Maintaining service levels and contributing to operational excellence. Creating clear, useful documentation and knowledge base articles. Coaching and mentoring others in your areas of expertise. What youll bring: Strong experience in infrastructure supportcovering Windows Server, Active Directory, SCCM, networking, and cloud platforms. Familiarity with virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V), scripting (PowerShell, Bash), and backup technologies. A methodical approach to troubleshooting and a solid understanding of security principles. Confidence in communicating technical concepts clearly to different audiences. Certifications such as MCSE, VCP, CCNA or Azure equivalentsor equivalent hands-on experience. Bonus if youve worked with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet, or have experience in multi-cloud environments. What can we offer you?
