Infrastructure Engineer Up to £38,000 + on call allowance Remote

Key Responsibilities Deliver BAU support and maintenance across customer environments. Contribute to service improvement initiatives alongside other engineers and Technical Leads. Assist with solution development based on designs and documentation provided by Technical Leads, Architects, and Delivery Managers. Actively maintain and work towards technical certifications in relevant Microsoft products. Participate in the on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support. Follow change control processes and ensure all work is carried out to a high standard. Note: Responsibilities are not exhaustive the role holder may be asked to take on other reasonable duties as required. Core Skills & Experience Strong problem-solving ability and logical approach to troubleshooting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Strong customer service focus and ability to build positive working relationships. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
