Join our team at Exertis UK as an Infrastructure Engineer, where youll provide 2nd line support and management of cloud and on premises services across a multisite international organisation and ensure services are maintained, secure and highly available to the Exertis UK Business. As part of the team, youll: Provide responsive 2nd line support to end users and business partners ensuring timely resolution of technical issues across the organisation. Maintain and support physical, virtual and cloud infrastructure including backup and disaster recovery strategies, server and desktop services and capacity planning. Monitor and enhance the security of IT services contributing to the development and enforcement of security policies and procedures in collaboration with the Head of Infrastructure. Lead and support infrastructure projects by producing technical documentation, low level designs, rollout plans and ensuring a smooth transition into operational service. Why Join Exertis? To excel in this role, youll bring: Certification or at least 2 years experience with Azure. Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Services, Active Directory Microsoft 365, DNS, DHCP Experience and knowledge of virtualisation Linux experience is desirable A natural ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
