IT Support Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer The Fortune group our recruiting for an IT Infrastructure Support Engineer for our MSP client based just outside of Maidstone, with occasional travel to London office. You will deal with 2nd / 3rd line technical issues. The Suitable IT Infrastructure Support Engineer should have worked previously in a technical IT support role covering 2nd/3rd line support for at least 3+ years. Additionally, the successful candidate will have shown dedication to their professional development by achieving industry recognised qualifications such as CompTIA accreditations or Microsoft MCP / MCSE and have direct experience of working with common MSP tools and technologies, such as RMM solutions, Azure and Office 365 as well as a demonstrable knowledge of market leading Cyber security solutions.
