You’ll play a key role in maintaining system health, resolving technical issues, and supporting infrastructure deployments. This is a dynamic position ideal for someone passionate about automation, cloud technologies, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Prioritise and resolve support requests from users. Manage IT assets and support onboarding/offboarding processes. Monitor system health and optimise performance. Deploy updates, fixes, and conduct root cause analysis. Automate tasks including reporting and visualisation. Support new and existing IT deployments and integrations. Provide second-line technical support and build tools to enhance user experience. Collaborate with teams for documentation and requirements gathering. Promote a problem-solving mindset and team-oriented approach. Technical Skills Essential: Linux SysAdmin (RHCSA) Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) Scripting (Python or Bash) Cloud networking (VPCs, VPNs, DNS) Containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) Desirable: Basic database administration (MySQL, MSSQL, Postgres, etc.) AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFormation) CI/CD tools (Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
