Role Overview

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will take ownership of the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure. You will work on projects, day-to-day support, and optimisation initiatives, helping the business leverage technology effectively and securely.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, maintain, and support Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and related infrastructure. Administer and troubleshoot networking equipment, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs. Implement and support virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper-V). Assist with IT projects such as migrations, upgrades, and new technology deployments. Monitor systems, networks, and servers to ensure uptime, performance, and security.
