If so, this could be your ideal opportunity. Our client, a market leading manufacturer with a strong reputation for quality and innovation is seeking an experienced In-House Maintenance Engineer to join their dynamic team in Harrogate.  Your Duties as In-House Maintenance Engineer will include: Diagnose and repair faults on high speed, automated machinery Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of specialist equipment Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety, hygiene and quality protocols Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and share learnings across the team Work collaboratively to ensure equipment operates within standard operating procedures Identify and implement maintenance improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability Oversee and manage on site contractors, ensuring full compliance with safety and documentation standards Maintain clear shift handovers and complete all relevant maintenance records accurately
