They are seeking an Injection Moulding Process Engineer to play a key role in driving their mission forward. Up to £45,000 + Bonus | Days | Monday - Friday In this role, you will help develop and optimise manufacturing processes, reduce waste and scrap, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement - all with the aim of making the company's products and services as sustainable as possible. As a Process Engineer, your duties will include: * Assessing and enhancing processes and equipment set-ups to maximise efficiency, reduce material waste, and ensure reliable, consistent production. * Troubleshooting tooling and machine issues to minimise downtime. * Championing process improvements and innovations that reduce waste and increase efficiency. * Supporting maintenance teams with diagnostics and technical problem-solving.
