This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced process engineer to take ownership of moulding process optimisation, support new product introductions, and drive improvements in quality and efficiency within a high-performing technical team. Responsibilities - Injection Moulding Process Engineer Set up and fine-tune injection moulding machines for optimal cycle times and product quality Analyse and improve current processes using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies Support production teams with hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving Conduct trials and validations for new tools, materials, and product launches Collaborate with internal departments including tooling, maintenance, and quality Work closely with partner facility to implement best practices at the Hengoed site Develop and maintain process documentation such as setup sheets, validation reports, and work instructions Support tooling trials and participate in design reviews for manufacturability and process capability
