• Lead FMEA development and control plans across cutting-edge sustainable manufacturing processes
• Design and execute process validation procedures for groundbreaking materials technology
• Analyse manufacturing data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
• Drive quality control integration into new product development with cross-functional teams
• Manage process deviations and product concessions in a fast-paced innovation environment
• Coach teams on containment, root cause analysis, and investigation techniques
• Develop internal product quality standards for next-generation sustainable materials

You bring:

• Engineering or quality assurance background
• ISO 9001 auditor certification (14001/45001 desirable)
• Experience with FMEA, control plans, 8D, and SPC
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
• Manufacturing environment experience
• Problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach
