Install Engineer – Security at Johnson Controls (ADT brand).

We are a leading engineering and integrated solutions company in the Fire & Security sector, delivering advanced security solutions worldwide. This role involves installing Security Systems (Intruder Alarms, Access Systems, CCTV) and providing exceptional customer service with strong technical knowledge.

What You Will Do

• Install Security systems to relevant industry standards, including Intruder Alarms, Access Systems, and CCTV.
• Identify and rectify problems to prevent issues before they occur; contribute to a high-performing regional team.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain effective relationships with customers.
• Complete Engineer work reports, handover certificates/BSIA Certificates or checklists as appropriate.

How You Will Do It

• Work safely and responsibly, servicing devices to avoid injuries, property damage, and loss of materials.
• Manage time efficiently and prioritize jobs appropriately.

What We Look For

• Experience within Fire & Security industry
• Driving license
• Ability to lift and climb ladders
• Previous experience in a customer-facing environment

• Current relevant qualifications (e.g., 18th edition, NVQ, City & Guilds, BTEC)
