Installation and Service Technician - Midlands
We are looking to recruit a hands-on Installation and Service Engineer on behalf of our client - an established and growing business that provides technical solutions to a range of customers across the UK.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working independently, travelling to different sites, and solving practical problems on the job.

If you have hands-on experience in an engineering, installation, or technical support role as well asa strong work ethic and great communication skills, this could be a fantastic opportunity.

The role involves:
Installing and maintaining technical systems at customer sites across the UK
Diagnosing faults, carry out repairs, and perform routine servicing
Regularly stay away from home (overnight travel and expenses covered)
Liaise with clients ranging from operational teams to senior stakeholders
Safely handle and transport equipment, including items up to 100kg
Skills & Experience needed:
Hands-on experience in an engineering, installation, or technical support role
Midlands-based for easy access to sites across the UK
Comfortable with frequent travel and overnight stays
Experience using power tools and a practical, hands-on approach
Basic electrical knowledge
Friendly, professional manner and strong communication skills
Full UK driving licence
Able to pass police vetting (clean record required)
Confidence working independently and managing your time effectively
