Responsibilities

Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on refrigeration and air conditioning systems to ensure efficient operation. Interpret and work from schematics to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions. Lead projects related to the installation and construction of new refrigeration systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with other engineering staff to improve system performance and reliability. Perform troubleshooting on malfunctioning equipment, identifying root causes and executing necessary repairs. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed on equipment. Provide guidance and training to junior staff members in best practices for equipment repair and maintenance.
