Installation Engineer 6 month contract role Based in Stoke on Trent Hourly Rate Depending on experience Full time hours 37.5 hours a week Purpose of the Role The purpose of the Installation Engineer is to deploy fibre installation services within our customer premises, providing a best-in-class quality of service for our residential and business customers. The Installation Engineer reports directly to the Operations Manager, supporting our business' vision by delivering a friendly, personable service, breaking the mould of the telecom industry's notoriously poor customer experience. Core Responsibilities Evaluating, testing and installing both legacy and new fibre networks.

Liaising with the City team to make sure that both the internal and external customers experience a seamless connection.

Ensuring that site operations are carried out to a high standard within contractual specification, to the relevant specification and within quality, health, safety, environmental and NRSWA guidelines and regulations.
