Your impact
You will join a team of over 600 engineering and technical professionals responsible for the delivery of an extensive multi‑billion‑portfolio of high‑profile projects that will shape the future infrastructure of our water industry for generations to come.
Responsibilities
Lead engineering and technical excellence across the full lifecycle of projects and solutions.
Own all technical delivery FEED, Design, Construction and Commissioning phases of innovative complex controls, instrumentation and automation systems delivered to multi‑million projects for the water industry.
Drive integration and collaboration, fostering strong and trusting relationships across diverse design, construction and client teams. Promote knowledge sharing, innovation and agility that adds value and exceeds our own and our clients’ expectations.
Trusted technical authority for value engineering and buildability workshops.
Oversee and ensure technical compliance with regulatory and safety standards and timely and efficient delivery of internal and external project outputs.
Embed constructability reliability, commissioning and performance requirements into the design.
Be a key stakeholder to design management, change control, scheduling, risk management and financial forecasting collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project success.
Qualifications
Chartered Member of IEEE.
Progressive experience in ICA/C&I design engineering, with expertise in detailed design and design‑and‑build execution for water, wastewater and bioresources non‑infrastructure projects.
Indepth and robust ICA/C&I engineering knowledge with an extensive track record in the delivery of innovative and compliant solutions from concept through to commissioning and asset management.
Familiarity with water sector regulations and safety protocols.
Robust understanding of current health, safety and welfare legislation.
Recognised leader able to foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
