Integrity Maintenance Engineer role at Vattenfall. The Maintenance Development team within Technical Integrity Management, Integrated Operations is looking for a new colleague to complement our team, which anchors the maintenance strategy governance within Generation, BU Offshore, BA Wind, supporting the ‘Top Quartile Operator’ initiative, and delivers +25 years maintenance plans in SAP based on a Reliability Centered Maintenance approach using FMECA methodology (Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analyses) to identify insights into the risks associated with possible system failures and optimize the maintenance.

You will work with stakeholders especially Operations, Supply Chain & Maintenance Systems, Operational Readiness, Digital Engineering, and Project Delivery & Engineering to focus on optimizing the maintenance operational life and yield of Vattenfall’s operating assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Single Point Of Contact for assigned assets planned for Maintenance Strategy implementation, including stakeholder engagement and project management
  • Data gathering, processing, and gap analysis in preparation of FMECA
  • Support FMECA implementation, participate in FMECA workshop sessions
  • Populate templates for revised SAP task lists including spares and tools
  • Provide Hypercare support on-site including offshore visits before implementation in SAP
  • Gatekeeper role for TECH tickets related to maintenance change requests
  • Ad hoc support for maintenance processes, improvement projects, and other team deliverables agreed on an ongoing basis

Qualifications

  • An engineer/technician from an Operations and Maintenance background, with a minimum of 4 years relevant work experience
  • Experience working with FMECA or similar risk analysis tools is considered as a plus
  • A self-motivated team player with a can-do attitude and an owner’s mindset that proactively contributes to the wider team objectives
  • Possesses very good intercultural and interpersonal skills to communicate and collaborate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Project Management knowledge/experience is considered a plus
  • Experience in SAP or any other CMMS/ERP is considered a plus
  • Data analytics skills is considered as a bonus
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Willing to travel to other Vattenfall offices and offshore sites
